Chad came in this morning and told us about something he was messing with over the weekend. It is called CodeSmith. It is a source code generator (C#, VB.NET, Java, Ruby, etc.) that tackles many of the trivial coding (DAL, etc.) that a developer often encounters in business applications. It can develop source code based on several different popular architectures (CSLA, nTier, nHibernate, and more!) all from templates. It is very neat stuff.
