I am cooking chicken chili for the first time. I’ve always been the traditional, ground beef type of chili guy. This will be interesting. I also don’t typically use a beer in my chili but this time I am using a Michelob lager in this chili as well. I am, however, using pinto and red kidney beans this time where I typically just use red kidney beans. Speaking of beans, Eddie just got back with the beans that I needed. Adios.
